Terms of use

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of bnxwallet.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. They cover the Site and the waitlist only.

2. What the Site is

The Site describes a planned product. It is not an offer, invitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any crypto-asset, and it is not investment, legal or tax advice. Screens, example commands and values on the Site are illustrations and use fictional values.

3. The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist means you want to hear about BNX Wallet. It gives you no right to access the product and does not oblige you to use it.
• The planned launch (Q1 2027) and the features described may change.
• Availability may depend on where you live.
• Joining is for adults (18 or over). Use your own email address.
• You can ask us to remove you at any time. See the Privacy policy.

4. Risk warning

Crypto-assets are high risk. Their value can fall as well as rise, and you may lose all of the money you put in. You should not expect to be protected if something goes wrong. BNX Wallet is non-custodial: you alone control your keys, and blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice.

5. Using the Site

Use the Site lawfully. Please do not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or submit another person’s email address without their permission.

6. Intellectual property

The Site’s content and the BNX Wallet name belong to us or our licensors. You may not use them without our written permission.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

8. Disclaimer

The Site is provided for general information and may change at any time. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page.
